With the faster growth of mobile networks and devices we can use them to send e-mail, theatre booking etc. In such scenario, we need to Secure our Communication. One of the possible way is through encrypting data. However, most of the existing data encryption techniques are location-independent. Data encrypted with such procedure cannot inhibit the location and time of data decryption. The concept of “Geo-encryption” is being developed for location-based security system. In this paper, we are going to investigate limitations in present Geo-encryption methods and suggest some resolution for increasing the safety and reliability of the data in these systems. For this purpose we introduced a new geo-encryption protocol that will permit two nodes to communicate to each other securely by restrict decoding a message until it is in the specific position and time. The Cipher text can be decrypted by the receiver only when the acquired coordinates from GPS receiver matches with the target coordinate. The authentication, confidentiality, practicability and simplicity of security issues can be met through our approach. As a result, low confidentiality in security system can be improved by the proposed approaches.
