Cloud computing is a new paradigm that builds a grid computing, virtualization, autonomic, distributed computing, utility computing and service oriented architecture .It has widespread domain hence the security issues that the technology can come across are also versatile. There have been many Access control policies and Attribute based Encryption schemes worked on but they still face the expressibility problem and only work for systems where the data owner and the service provider are in the same trusted domain, these schemes are also short of flexibility in attribute management and lacks scalability in dealing with multiple-levels of attribute authorities. The major construction of our work will provide securable and flexible access control along with authentication and maintain the data securely. We introduce the TB-ASBE scheme in this paper which overcomes all the drawbacks of the existing system and deals with collusion resistance and decrease computational complexity because of its tree based structure. .
